One thing that seems easy to do these days are people give up on their marriage when they are confronted with many marriage problems.But with all the consequences of failed marriage you must do all the things you can do to save and restore it.  In this article we are going to look at why you must do all you can to save your marriage.

First of all when problems arises in a marriage it is absolutely a very hard situation. What was once a great relationship can turn sour and make it seem hard to live.But that is when a couple should fight the hardest and remember the beautiful love they once had.  In my San Diego marriage therapist practice I try to have the couple remember those good times.I try to make them remember all the perfect promises they made.  Hopefully this will cause them to try to work things out.

Another good reason why you should not let troubles end your marriage is usually there are children involved.If you have had children together then the effect it has on children is totally devastating.  As a family therapist San Diego practice I see these effects all the time.The children most of the times take it with all difficulty. Studies have shown it is healthier for children to grow up with two parents.So when problems arise you definitely have to work it out for the sake of the children as well.

Finally the troubles that sometimes cause breakups are at times not sufficient to deserve a break up.  Of course there are situations when things happen like adultery that deserve a break up.But if it is not something as serious as that then definitely you should have to work it out.  Doing couples therapy San Diego oftentimes it is a breakdown in communication.  Usually if you are able to help them communicate it can fix many problems.

So do not just think of the problems next time you are having problems with your marriage.  Think of the consequences and work things out for the better.
